Cancellation Policy
- If you received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery workers immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at perfectplywoodhw@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and a solution will be provided
- If the product is broken, it might be returned/replaced, or any other action can be taken by us to fix the issue depends on the necessity of action.
- If the product does not fulfil the requirements as per your original order, raise the issue immediately within 48 hours of delivery to +91 9999711741
- Cancellation of order after the product dispatch is not acceptable and further lead to recover the shipment and other charges from the user.
- Products purchased on special discount or during sale cannot be cancelled.
Return and Refund
All return & refund shall be given to you as per the following guidelines:
- All return & replacement process commencement shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from the customer’s location within 7 working days.
- Products shall not be eligible for return or replacement if found physical damage to the box or to the product or product that is returned without all original packaging, tags included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Post receiving the products in our warehouse, refund shall be initiated within 2-3 days via NEFT, cash or other online payment mode.
- The processing charges might be deducted, depending on the product.

- Delivery could take a little longer for remote locations and you will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the products are shipped.
